MY APPROACH

My goal is to help my clients get unstuck and build the forward momentum they need to create the health, life, and relationships that they really want.
For some, this involves goal-setting, self-awareness, communication skills, accountability, support, education, resources, action plans, and much more.
For others dealing with health complaints and symptoms or those out there that are ready to improve their health before they begin to experience debilitating health issues, this involves all of that plus much more. For my functional health coaching clients, we will take a deep dive into the hormone, immune, digestive, detoxification, energy production, and nervous systems to uncover healing opportunities and restore lost function using health questionnaires and functional lab tests.
I create customizable coaching programs designed to meet you where you are and accomplish what you need.

As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner®, I work to connect all the dots to your health issues so that you can fix what’s going on in your body once and for all! I help my clients implement diet, lifestyle, and behavior changes, so they can get well and stay well naturally.
My step-by-step assessment process allows me to identify underlying conditions, and coach up the body’s innate healing ability (or vital reserve) with diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and supplements. During this process, you will learn how to listen to your body and give it exactly what it needs to thrive. Once lost function is restored, your symptoms will naturally disappear or at least diminish, and you will be able to reclaim your health, maintain your ideal body weight, and feel like yourself again.
Change can be hard and feel overwhelming, but you are not alone. I am here to help and support you in implementing the changes you need to make in order to create the health and life you desire. I will be part educator, part accountability partner, part health detective, part facilitator, part resource manager, part cheerleader, part coach, part consultant, and part support system.
