About coach julie prager
health, life, and relationship coach

I am a certified health and life coach. I am a life-long learner that is passionate about living my best life and helping others reach their goals. I am married to the love of my life and have four amazing children. I love God, and I have a passion for His people! I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and making memories with my loved ones.
Although I have graduate and undergraduate degrees, I credit my own life experiences as the most valuable tools for helping others. I believe that struggle, heartache, pain, and failure are the best teachers if you are willing to learn. I have a strong faith and a heart for doing God’s will. My joy comes from serving others well and helping them transform their lives.
Feeling stuck? Think of today as your lucky day! I am in the business of serving up big heaping scoops of hope and helping people get unstuck. I have a heart for people and their pain. I am quite certain that God wants to use me and my life experiences to help get you to the other side of what you are struggling with now. Let today be the start of something new- something just for you. How can I help?

I have always been passionate about fitness. In high school, I was voted most likely to own her own gym because I enjoyed sports and fitness so much. I am a former competitive CrossFit athlete and long-distance runner. I have enjoyed a lifetime of athletic endeavors that have taught me the importance of teamwork, perseverance, dedication, commitment, self-discipline, and mental fortitude. With me in your corner, we can get through anything- together. You are not alone; you are not without someone who truly cares and wants to help.
There is really nothing you can bring to me that I have not been through myself. I have suffered through many life traumas, hardships, and setbacks, but I have always managed to overcome. I have a survivor’s instinct and a strong will. I believe that there is no such thing as failure- only experiences.
People that know me well like to joke that when I hear “no”, I do not flinch. I just accept that “no” as someone’s opinion- not my answer. I believe that if there is a will, there is a way. It is this kind of desire and dedication that will help deliver you to the other side of whatever you are struggling with. Together, we are unstoppable!

Sometimes our struggles need a good problem-solver, a fresh perspective, or some wisdom and insight, but most often, the answers lie within. Look, I know it is hard to lay your struggle down on the table with a stranger, but I can assure you that I will not feel like a stranger for long. You are safe with me. I promise to provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental environment during our sessions together. Change can feel terrifying at times, but it is also necessary and natural. Change is essential to our survival and success. I believe that you have the courage and strength to step out in faith even when you cannot see the other side. Together, let us start something truly meaningful, powerful, transformational, and life changing.
